Ben Gollan is the founder and director of the popular New York food and drink experience company ‘A Man and His Sandwich.’

In 2016, Ben left behind his life as lawyer and public servant in Sydney, Australia, to search the globe for the world’s best sandwich. After travelling through multiple cities within Australia, the UK, Europe and America, Ben finally settled in New York – the place he considers to be the sandwich capital of the world.
Bringing together his love of food, history, and his natural ability to make conversation with anyone, Ben has launched several walking tours that showcase the best sandwiches of New York City. Ben’s flagship tour - ‘A Sandwich Feast’ - has recently been voted the number one NYC food experience on Airbnb.

Ben is now curating NYC food experiences for some major corporates including WeWork, Airbnb and Amazon. Each experience combines conversations about the anatomy and history of the sandwich with a focus on hidden neighbourhood gems that even amaze locals.
