Sarah is passionate about parks, people and place. With more than 25 years of experience in communication, events and philanthropy, she found her sweet spot at the intersection of community engagement and storytelling. Through her work in museums, schools and parks she has created opportunities for audiences to connect and participate in a meaningful way. Sarah is Director of External Relations for the Balboa Park Conservancy in San Diego, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a double major in Journalism and Gender & Women’s Studies.
