This section, under Rich’s direction, issues over 2000 permits a year that prioritize public streets for people – empowering Portland’s residents to shape Portland into a livable, vibrant city. The program reaches over a million Portlanders and visitors annually and helps make Portland a vibrant place to live, work, and play.
