It has always been my intention to support local communities to create an authentic and unique sense of joy and belonging that is theirs. My organisation places a high priority on facilitating a diverse range of initiatives and projects that reflect the ages and cultures of the neighbourhoods they are meant to serve. Small neighbourhood actions and interactions can lead to huge transformations. I have a deep understanding of leading and setting these processes in motion. Creating that atmosphere at which locals and tourists can stumble upon unintentionally, and find themselves never wanting to leave. Currently, I am assisting local projects that ensure elderly residents can find their way home from the library, and Cook Island drummers can spend a Saturday morning showcasing in an underused square.
